Printing from Your Tablet

Save the document you wish to print.
Click on the Student Printing Icon located on your tablet home screen.
This will bring you to a screen to search for the file to be printed.
Select the job to be printed.( The default for the print jobs is double-sided.)
Select any other properties: one-sided, staples, hole punch, multiple copies, etc.) When you are satisfied with the settings, click on OK.
Click on Print.
The print jobs will be stored in the queue for 8 hours. After that time, the jobs will be deleted and you will have to resubmit your job.



Retrieving Your Print Job

You can retrieve your print jobs from either of the two printers dedicated for student tablet printing. One is located in the northwest corner of the North Crossroads (on the side of the Tab Lab). And the other is located in the southwest corner of the South Crossroads (to the right of the statue of Mary).
            To retrieve your job from either printer, go to either of the printer locations.
            From the touchscreen, enter your userid and password (which will be provided to you via e-mail)
            After you have entered your credentials, a list of your job(s) will appear. Select the job you wish to print and click Print.
            Continue until all jobs have been printed and then click on Logoff.
            Your account will then be debited the appropriate amount

           
Adding Money to Your Printing Account

Each print job costs ten cents. You will receive e-mail notification when your balance falls to one dollar. To add more money to your account, go to www.authorize.com
Enter your account information and hit enter (this account information will also be provided to you via e-mail).
Enter the amount you wish to add and then enter your credit card information. Click on Enter and your account will be credited with the amount requested.

Your account balance will be credited the appropriate amount
